Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://danceschoolscarborough.ca constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Simply Swagg Dance Studio reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Olympic-Level Breakdance, Industry Choreography, Krump Dance Classes, House Dance Classes, Hip-Hop Foundations provided by Simply Swagg Dance Studio. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://danceschoolscarborough.ca is the property of Simply Swagg Dance Studio or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Simply Swagg Dance Studio may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Simply Swagg Dance Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Simply Swagg Dance Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Swagg Dance Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by ON law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in ON for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Simply Swagg Dance Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
